Living in the Tiny Fun House isn’t just about watching TV or washing your running clothes in the sink. We have to live here, too, and we have to eat to survive. Technically, our recipe box is filled with takeout menus. And maybe we’ve gotten at least one letter from the gas company noting that we didn’t seem to actually be using any gas.
But now, we do on occasion use our Easy Bake-style oven to prep dinner, like this roast chicken, straight outta The Joy of Cooking. Tonight’s menu also included Carolina brown rice and steamed broccoli. And we’re left with another couple late-night snackings’ worth tucked away in our diminutive refrigerator.
This weekend I used the oven three times, as a matter of fact: Once to roast the chicken, and twice to reheat slices of the pizza we’d ordered Friday night.
Thats great you are using all the appliances . I hope ther is a spell check on this space. I cooked for your old neighbors the Greg and Nancy . Nancy came out the hosp and I felt sorry for her because greg can not turn on a stove . So keep it up you use to cook on a portable back pack stove so I know you can do it .
Have a Merry Christmas!!!! Come visit!!!
