Updates...
As much as I hate to move the famous photo down the line, it has been a few days since any posts. The frequent flyer is in Knoxville, pretending to be me for a weekend.
Also: The contributor formerly known as Scott, formerly known as ScottyB is now known as "ADMINISTRATOR", presumably due to the launch of a new Weblog, The American Polis (TAP) (not to be confused with "Tapp"*). The political-cultural bent of TAP explains his rise from the more colloquial "ScottyB" to the cold, all-powerful "ADMINISTRATOR"** he was always meant to be.
*Speaking of Tapp--and soon, the Tapps--perhaps Melissa can recruit them as contributors this weekend.
**Don't worry--I remain the only cold and all-powerful administrator of the NupLog. Just don't look behind the curtain.

Just as Melissa and I learned yesterday when researching something in Merriam-Webster, look before you speak: Scott has become Scott again.
Plus, this post actually briefly appeared on TAP this morning by accident.
So wait...does this mean ScottyB is lost forever? Bring back ScottyB, I say. And while we are on the subject, MOB hopes this new TAP blog, humorous though it may be, does not sap the NupLog of its original witty repartee.
ScottyB has been traded in for Scott, regretfully to capture an air of respectability (insert obvious joke here). I may do a little behind the scenes magic to correct the issue, but we'll see. On to the MOB's concerns, while I can only speak for myself, I can promise no reduction in my annoying presence on NupLog.
